About the product

What makes NOVAA FIT. Barefoot different from regular shoes? +

NOVAA FIT. Barefoot are designed to mimic the natural movement of your foot while still providing essential protection. The wide toe box allows your toes to splay freely, the zero-drop sole keeps your foot flat and aligned, and the ultra-thin flexible outsole lets your foot feel and respond to the ground naturally. Unlike conventional shoes, there is no elevated heel or rigid structure forcing your foot into an unnatural position.

Are NOVAA FIT. Barefoot suitable for both men and women? +

Yes. NOVAA FIT. Barefoot are available in both men's and women's sizing. The wide toe box and flexible fit make them especially well-suited to anyone who finds conventional shoes too narrow, too rigid, or simply uncomfortable over long periods of wear.

Can NOVAA FIT. Barefoot help with foot pain and posture? +

Many of our customers report reduced foot fatigue, improved posture, and less tension in the knees, hips, and lower back after switching to barefoot-style footwear. By encouraging your foot to move naturally and your body to find its own alignment, NOVAA FIT. Barefoot help reduce the compensatory strain that builds up when feet are cramped or elevated. While they are not a medical treatment, the results speak for themselves.

I've never worn barefoot shoes before. Will it take time to adjust? +

Yes, and that's completely normal. If you've worn conventional shoes most of your life, your feet and calves may need a few weeks to adapt to the new movement pattern. We recommend starting with shorter wear sessions — a few hours a day — and gradually increasing over 2 to 4 weeks. Most customers feel a noticeable difference within the first month.

Are NOVAA FIT. Barefoot suitable for wide or sensitive feet? +

Absolutely. The wide toe box is one of the defining features of NOVAA FIT. Barefoot — it gives your toes the space they need without any pinching or pressure. Customers with wide, swollen, or sensitive feet consistently find them one of the most comfortable options available. If standard shoes feel restrictive, these are built for you.

Can I use them for sports and outdoor activities? +

Yes. NOVAA FIT. Barefoot are versatile enough for everyday walks, light hiking, gym sessions, and outdoor activities. The flexible outsole provides natural ground feel and grip across a range of surfaces. For high-intensity trail running or extreme terrain, we recommend checking the specific use recommendations for your pair.

Are NOVAA FIT. Barefoot easy to clean? +

Yes. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and lukewarm water, then leaving them to air dry naturally. Avoid machine washing or exposing them to direct heat sources such as radiators or tumble dryers, as this can affect the shape and integrity of the sole over time.

Sizing

How do I find the right size? +

Refer to our size guide above, which includes US men's and women's sizing alongside EU sizes and foot length measurements. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up — a slightly roomier fit is always more comfortable in barefoot footwear than one that's too snug.

Do NOVAA FIT. Barefoot run true to size? +

Generally yes, but because the toe box is intentionally wider than most conventional shoes, some customers find they prefer their usual size while others size down by half. We recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it to our size guide for the most accurate fit.

Payment & ordering

How do I pay and is the checkout secure? +

Secure checkout with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Delivery & returns

How long does delivery take? +

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. US delivery in 3–7 working days with full tracking.

What is the returns policy? +

60-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't match the description for any reason, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
