You’re fine on the flat. Even going uphill. Then the descent starts—and your knees become the only thing you can think about.
Going downhill, your knees act as brakes on every single step. Novaa Fit applies gentle, targeted pressure to the tendon just below your kneecap to help ease that strain—so the descent feels like part of the hike, not the price of it.
You still have the legs and the lungs for the climb. It's the way down that makes you feel older than you are. Focused tendon support that still lets your knee bend freely—to help you move more like yourself.
Nobody wants to be the one calling for another break on the way down. With your tendon supported on every step, it gets easier—to hold the pace instead of holding everyone up.
After one painful descent, you start testing every step and bracing for the next twinge. By helping ease tendon discomfort, the strap may help you feel more confident on the way down.
The hike ends at the trailhead. The soreness often follows you home—down the stairs and into the work week. The strap targets tendon strain during the descent itself—to help manage discomfort where it starts.
It starts small: a shorter route, a flatter trail, one trip skipped. Targeted support may make descents more manageable—so hiking stays part of your life, not something you used to do.
Bigger summits mean longer descents and more braking steps. Compact and adjustable, Novaa Fit gives you another way to manage discomfort—on the trails you still want to explore.
